The opening of the Hilliard Civic & Cultural Arts Center is an exciting and proud moment for the Hilliard Community Foundation. The Foundation was started by a conversation to meet the space needs of many groups like the Hilliard Historical Society, the Franklin County Agricultural Society, the Hilliard Arts Council, and the American Legion. Eight years of dedicated leadership and fundraising produced a building that is meeting the starting needs of the Hilliard Arts Council. Only time and Community support will determine when the unfilled needs will be met.
